Job Summary

This position is for a skilled Software Developer to join an agile (Scrum) team focused on advancing Input and Output Management solutions, including Layout, Printing, Archiving, and Workflow systems. The primary responsibility involves the development and maintenance of the core CAPS layout and printing software, which is implemented in C and interprets a proprietary page description language. The role also requires contributing to other software areas using Python, utilizing open-source libraries, and working primarily on Linux servers. Key responsibilities include C and Python development, software deployment, customer communication regarding errors, and server monitoring. Candidates must hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, possess strong foundational knowledge of the C programming language, and be proficient with Linux, svn, git, and the gcc compiler. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, and options for partial or full remote work.
