Job Summary
This role as Deputy Site Manager involves comprehensive operational oversight, acting as the primary representative for the Site Manager. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily logistics, managing factory traffic, and ensuring administrative efficiency (packing lists, delivery notes). A significant part of the role focuses on Quality Management, requiring the definition and monitoring of testing procedures and the creation of test programs and adapters. You will also drive process optimization, conduct staff training, manage customer complaints, and assist with crucial occupational safety tasks, including joint site inspections. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Electrician with proven experience in staff coordination and QM, ready to thrive in a dynamic, internationally successful environment known for its flat hierarchies and quick decision-making.
