Job Summary

This role is for a Junior IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support, providing direct technical assistance to customers in Donauwörth. The core responsibility involves quickly and reliably solving IT problems, including troubleshooting and maintenance for Windows clients, printers, multifunction devices, networks, and telecommunication systems. Day-to-day tasks include handling IT support requests based on B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets, alongside comprehensive documentation of all incidents and solutions within the ticketing system. Candidates must possess initial experience in IT support or demonstrate strong technical interest combined with quick comprehension. Essential technical skills include good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and hardware maintenance (PCs, notebooks, IP telephony).
