Job Summary

This Senior Onsite Support role involves managing and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure, including network and server environments, for a successful German IT service provider in Geretsried. Day-to-day tasks include administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Teams environments, performing hardware installations, and providing technical support. The specialist will also oversee support tickets using ITSM systems, manage procurement and license administration, and provide training to staff on new hardware and software.
