Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT Service Technician looking to join a leading IT solutions and service management company in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive onsite support, focusing on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Key day-to-day tasks include handling Incident Management, resolving diverse technical malfunctions, replacing damaged hardware, and administering client and peripheral devices. You will also assist with network infrastructure setup, perform cable checks, and manage IT inventory. The position requires a technical background, professional experience in user support, and familiarity with ticket systems and client operating systems.
