Job Summary

This role is for a Master Electrician based in Hamburg, offering the opportunity for a permanent contract takeover by the client after an initial temporary placement. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive operational management within the electrical department. Day-to-day tasks include planning, organizing, and controlling work processes both in terms of content and deadlines, ensuring the quality of executed work, and managing cost calculations and quotations. A key component of the role involves personnel management, including planning employee deployment, assigning work orders, and providing technical guidance to staff. Additionally, the Master Electrician will handle customer consulting, create offers, and manage material disposition. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational electrical training combined with the Master Electrician qualification or equivalent commercial experience, along with several years of relevant professional experience and strong communication skills.
