Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated student to conduct their Master's thesis within the CENTER FOR DIGITAL SAFETY & SECURITY, focusing on applied research in national and international projects. The core objective is to enhance system security and reliability in the context of global digitalization by developing cutting-edge Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Day-to-day tasks involve the prototypical implementation of new methods for anomaly detection in computer networks, intrusion detection, and threat intelligence. Candidates should be currently studying Computer Science, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering, possess basic technical knowledge, and demonstrate a conscientious, reliable, and independent work ethic. This position provides training in scientific methodology and allows collaboration with scientific experts, offering valuable insights into the cooperation between research institutions and customers.
