Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional focused on delivering comprehensive technical support and infrastructure management for client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of Windows Server, client PCs, laptops, and network hardware such as firewalls, switches, access points, and NAS solutions. The technician will also be responsible for detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop systems, alongside performing regular maintenance tasks like server upkeep and software updates on customer networks. Key qualifications include mandatory experience with Windows Server operating systems, technical training (e.g., technical college or equivalent practical experience), and strong knowledge of virtualization, storage, networking, and firewall technologies.
