Job Summary

This role is perfect for a dedicated DWDM Field Service Technician eager to actively shape Germany's fiber optic expansion. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and integration of advanced DWDM systems at core network locations nationwide. Daily tasks include performing complex optical measurements using tools like Spectrum Analyzers and 100G RFC 2544, analyzing and resolving system malfunctions, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of active transmission technology. Success requires professional experience in telecommunications and network technology, coupled with a completed electrical or technical vocational qualification. The position demands excellent German proficiency and significant nationwide travel (Monday to Friday), offering the chance to work on critical infrastructure projects for leading network operators and data centers.
