Job Summary

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic C/C++ developer or mechanical engineer eager to contribute to the development of innovative machinery. The Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing application software for central machine control systems, specifically focusing on lifting tools. Key daily tasks include the design and drafting of application software, developing safety functions compliant with ISO 13849 and IEC 61508, and creating functional and technical safety concepts. The position requires planning and executing activities related to functional safety within the electrical/electronic (E/E) infrastructure, creating detailed software and test specifications, and documenting algorithms and function libraries. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, along with professional experience in control and automation technology, strong programming skills in C/C++, and fluent German language skills.
