Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to manage the complete lifecycle of electrical onboard wiring systems, primarily within the demanding shipbuilding sector. Key responsibilities include the planning and implementation of complex cabling, ensuring strict compliance with technical specifications, safety guidelines, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. A core function involves creating precise electrical documentation, circuit, and cable diagrams using the EPLAN software suite, ensuring norm-compliant planning of connection technology. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an Electrician or Technician, coupled with very strong proficiency in EPLAN and proven professional experience in marine or industrial cable management. The successful candidate will also actively support commissioning processes and perform system troubleshooting.
