Job Summary

This role is centered on the development, simulation, and analysis of innovative flight guidance algorithms, specifically for missile systems. The Development Engineer will be responsible for the continuous optimization and enhancement of existing navigation and flight control systems. A core component of the work involves creating and applying complex mathematical models for the development and rigorous verification of algorithms, as well as deriving dynamic system requirements while considering technical interactions between subsystems. Candidates will validate system performance using simulation results and experimental data, and conduct research into new technologies and standards in flight guidance. Success in this position requires a completed degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science, coupled with profound knowledge of control, navigation, and flight guidance technology, and proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in system performance validation using simulations and experimental data
  • Desirable: Initial experience in Artificial Intelligence and modern simulation tool landscapes
