Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Design Engineer involves contributing to complex technical projects in machine, plant, and automation engineering across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include the detailed creation of electrical documentation, such as circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, terminal plans, and parts lists, utilizing specialized tools like EPLAN P8, Engineering Base, or WSCAD. You will be responsible for the development and design of electrical control and automation systems, ensuring strict adherence to relevant industry norms like EN 60204 and VDE. The position also requires supporting commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and coordinating closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers. Candidates must hold a degree or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology and possess initial practical experience in electrical design. Success requires a structured, solution-oriented approach and strong teamwork skills, complemented by fluent German proficiency.
