Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role seeks a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for both national and international customers. Day-to-day responsibilities involve independently processing customer inquiries, professionally resolving concerns, and providing initial support for technical questions. A core function of the role is the efficient management and execution of customer orders and contracts, requiring effective coordination with various internal departments, including the sales team, to ensure smooth processes and maximize customer satisfaction. Successful candidates must possess a completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of relevant experience, ideally in order processing. Crucial technical skills include very good proficiency with SAP systems, particularly in order processing and customer management modules, alongside secure handling of MS Office applications. Good written and spoken English skills are also required.
