Job Summary

This role is ideal for an engineering or science professional ready to take the next step in battery technology management. As a Battery Requirement Manager, you will be crucial in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating the creation of functional requirements across various projects. Day-to-day tasks involve planning and moderating requirement reviews, generating detailed battery-specific status reports from system to component level, and presenting these findings to the project team. A key focus is the administration of battery-specific requirements and supporting change management processes. Success in this position requires a strong background in requirements management or system development for mechatronic systems, coupled with expertise in battery technology, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and functional requirements. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
