Job Summary

This role is central to shaping, industrializing, and mass-producing the core power electronics for a new vehicle architecture. As an E/E/ HV Technologist, you will drive project success from prototyping through serial production ramp-up. Key responsibilities include realizing innovative production concepts, expanding analysis and measurement technology expertise, and overseeing the setup of the sample phase through the high-volume production launch. You will collaborate closely with development, planning, purchasing, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses a passion for electrical engineering details, and has experience in power electronics and launching industrialization projects, ideally within the automotive sector. Strong analytical skills and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this challenging and collaborative environment.
