Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take on challenging automation projects in Berlin. The PLC Programmer / Automation Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of PLC systems, including programming, commissioning, and optimization. A key part of the job involves implementing Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) concepts and integrating them into building management systems. You will also take on technical project leadership, independently managing automation initiatives, analyzing system performance, troubleshooting errors, and collaborating closely with project managers, electrical engineers, and mechanical specialists. Candidates must possess a degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with professional experience in PLC programming and ideally in technical building equipment or MCR technology. Good German language skills are essential for effective communication and documentation within the project teams.
