Job Summary

This role involves taking the next step in your engineering career by independently planning and developing user-specific hardware systems, guiding them through to series production. A core aspect of the job is ensuring technical, economic, and ecological considerations are met throughout the development lifecycle. Key daily tasks include defining the hardware structure at the block diagram level within the given system architecture, implementing requirements based on established standards, and coordinating closely with customers, international development partners, and internal interfaces. You will also be responsible for comprehensive documentation of developed systems, presenting findings to stakeholders, and training internal and external partners on new hardware. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, coupled with initial professional experience in hardware development, ideally within the automotive sector. Strong analytical abilities, a structured approach, and fluency in both written and spoken German and English are essential for success in this dynamic, cross-industry role offering continuous professional development and a permanent contract.
