Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of complex avionics systems through rigorous testing and verification processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and reviewing system requirements and designs, defining detailed test cases, scenarios, and procedures, and developing automated test scripts. The engineer will primarily conduct integration and verification tests on specialized avionics system test benches. A critical component of the job is the evaluation and documentation of test results, detailed analysis of deviations, and the creation of formal system problem reports. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering and possess experience in system integration testing, ideally focusing on combat aircraft avionics. Proficiency with industry-standard trace and test support tools such as DOORS, JIRA, MATE, AIDASS, and OCTANE is highly valued.
