Job Summary

This pivotal role as Deputy Manager of the Medical Device Reprocessing Unit (MDRU) involves overseeing the complex operations of a facility that processes around 180,000 sterile goods units for internal and external clients. The core responsibilities include the strategic planning, steering, and monitoring of all reprocessing workflows to guarantee efficient operation compliant with all relevant norms and legal requirements. A significant focus is placed on human resource management, including the leadership, development, and deployment planning for approximately 80 employees. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and sound business management skills, as they will share economic responsibility for the department. The position requires driving continuous process improvement, maintaining strict quality management standards (DIN EN ISO 13485:2016), and fostering constructive, interdisciplinary communication with all stakeholders.
