As a Professional IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern IT environments, maintaining direct customer contact, and providing expert consultation. Key duties include planning and executing IT projects, optimizing existing customer infrastructures (Cloud and On-Premise), and providing technical support (2nd and 3rd level). Successful candidates must bring several years of experience as a System Engineer, profound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Teams telephony, coupled with expertise in network administration, firewalls, and ICT security concepts.
