Job Summary

This role serves as the crucial link between technical operations and customer service, ensuring the seamless and efficient implementation of commissioning processes for network connections. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing metering concepts and connection documentation across all utility sectors (gas/water/electricity). A core function involves advising customers, architects, and installers regarding technical installation requirements and associated costs. Furthermore, the role requires the administration and development of digital application pathways within the customer marketplace, including managing the installer directory. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering, ideally qualified as an Electrical Foreman or Technician, combined with experience in process digitalization, particularly concerning network connections or generation facilities. Proficiency in technical regulations for energy and water supply, alongside strong skills in SAP PM, GIS systems, and MS Office, is essential for coordinating complex technical and administrative workflows.
