Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and technical services for the Deutsche Rentenversicherung (German Pension Insurance) Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH, focusing primarily on the Braunschweig-Hannover region. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT workstations, including setup, deployment, and ongoing operation of end-devices such as PCs, notebooks, tablets, printers, and mobile devices, covering both main offices and remote teleworking stations. Key daily activities include managing and administering devices using specialized management tools, analyzing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, executing device rollouts, and maintaining accurate IT inventory records.
