Job Summary

This role is for a Process Engineer specializing in Inspection Technology at the Advanced Mask Technology Center (AMTC) in Dresden, a global leader in photolithography mask development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the optimization and control of high-tech inspection processes and equipment. Daily activities include monitoring operational processes, developing and productively implementing new inspection technologies, and driving continuous improvement of performance metrics through rigorous statistical data analysis. You will work closely with clients in the semiconductor industry, ensuring the delivery of high-quality masks essential for microprocessors and memory products. Key qualifications include a university degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering, experience in implementing technological projects, and a foundational understanding of semiconductor, laser, and optics technology. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, and a hands-on, quality-focused approach are essential for success in this innovative and international environment.
