Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Process Engineer specializing in plant construction with a focus on environmental technology, working within the Bertrandt Group. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of membrane technology systems, including their planning and design, and the creation of essential technical documentation such as P&ID diagrams and blueprints. You will be crucial in supporting the sales team by calculating quotations and providing technical clarification to customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks also include contributing to process optimization, conducting troubleshooting, and providing on-site support and training for existing plants. Candidates must hold a Master Craftsman, Technician, or University degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering, coupled with at least five years of professional experience in plant construction and water treatment. Strong knowledge of process engineering, measurement technology, and chemistry, along with fluency in German and good English skills, are mandatory.
