Job Summary

This System Engineer role, based in Cologne, is crucial for ensuring the uninterrupted provision and administration of HCL Domino and Notes Groupware services for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and administration of all HCL Domino servers running on Windows and AIX environments. Key daily tasks include maintaining strict adherence to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and stringent security protocols, conducting necessary maintenance outside of standard service hours, and supporting essential backup and recovery measures. To succeed, you must possess a completed IT vocational qualification, a minimum of four years of professional experience in Domino administration, and a valid ITIL certification demonstrating process management expertise (Change, Incident, Problem Management). Very good German and good English proficiency are mandatory.
