Job Summary

This senior role involves taking on the technical and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team consisting of electrical engineers and technicians. The Lead Electrical Engineer is central to the electrical development and design of complex technical systems, specializing in drive technology, and guiding these projects through to series maturity. A key responsibility is coordinating closely with adjacent departments, including Mechanics, Software Development, and Production, ensuring seamless project execution. Furthermore, the role requires active participation in the strategic advancement of the department, shaping internal processes and structures. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and bring at least five years of professional experience in electrical design and drive technology. Expertise in EPLAN P8 and PLC programming (Siemens Step 7, Codesys) is essential, alongside proven leadership competence. The position requires strong communication skills and willingness for international travel up to 30%.
