Job Summary

This role is critical for maintaining stable, secure, and efficient IT services as a primary digitization partner for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Based in Munich (North), you will be responsible for providing essential on-site IT/Telecommunication (TK) service and support to end-users. Daily tasks include the installation, commissioning, upgrading, and maintenance of hardware, executing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) tasks, and providing 1st and 2nd-Level support for the IT infrastructure. You will also be involved in implementing customer IT infrastructure, including network and server environments, and participating in IT projects and refresh measures. The ideal candidate holds a qualification such as an IT Systems Electronics Technician and possesses at least three years of relevant professional experience, especially in on-site troubleshooting.
