Job Summary

This Senior Software Developer role focuses on creating complex embedded software applications for a leading European manufacturer of aircraft equipment, including flight control, actuation systems, and landing gear. Daily tasks involve defining and coordinating detailed software requirements and designs, developing overarching software strategies, and ensuring compliance with strict product development standards. A critical component of the role is the creation, review, testing, commissioning, and release of safety-critical software, utilizing expertise in hardware-related C programming and Multi-Core systems. The successful candidate will coordinate tasks internally and with external customers and firms, and conduct software reviews for requirements analysis and design. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, deep experience in embedded programming, and preferably knowledge of DO-178 standards.
