Job Summary

As a Senior (Lead) Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing socially relevant digital solutions within agile project teams. Your daily mission involves taking responsibility for the entire automation lifecycle, including the specification, planning, implementation, and execution of automated tests for complex website projects and specialized applications. A significant part of the role is leading and mentoring a team of automation specialists, conducting code reviews, implementing pair-programming, and defining sprint scopes. You will be instrumental in integrating and optimizing testing processes within CI/CD pipelines, managing test environments, and driving the continuous improvement of tools and frameworks. This position requires a degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, coupled with extensive experience in quality assurance and familiarity with frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
