This Senior Applied Scientist role is focused on leveraging vast customer and article datasets using cutting-edge Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning techniques to solve complex sizing and fit challenges for Zalando's e-commerce platform. Joining a multidisciplinary team based in Zurich and Berlin, the scientist will drive bold research experiments, ultimately providing game-changing size and fit advice to over 50 million customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include proposing, leading, and building scientific initiatives from development through deployment, developing and evaluating advanced deep learning models, and fostering scientific collaboration.
