Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing complex civil engineering and construction projects (new builds and existing stock) across the Hannover, Hildesheim, Braunschweig, and Göttingen regions, operating primarily from a mobile office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full scope of construction supervision (HOAI Service Phase 8), ensuring projects meet deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Key daily tasks include coordinating all project stakeholders, managing subcontractors, preparing documentation and site diaries, performing final acceptance checks, and acting as the primary consultant and representative for client interests. We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent) with professional experience in project control and construction supervision, though motivated entry-level professionals are also encouraged to apply.
