Job Summary

This role involves critical accounting and tax responsibilities for LfA Förderbank Bayern, a specialized development bank. The professional will manage the seamless transition and reconciliation of bookings between subsidiary and general ledgers, ensuring high data quality, especially in the context of ongoing digitalization and interface optimization. Key day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving discrepancies in booking systems, creating reports to monitor data quality, and actively participating in the further development of main ledger preliminary systems through project involvement and testing. Furthermore, the role requires co-responsibility for income and sales tax structuring and assessment of internal processes, including the preparation of required tax declarations (e.g., VAT and capital gains tax). The ideal candidate possesses a strong business background, practical experience in bank accounting standards (HGB/RechKredV), and proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP accounting modules, contributing directly to the bank's mission of fostering growth in Bavaria.
