Job Summary

This role involves working as a Research Associate within the Office for Student and Company Support at the Institute for Dual Degree Programs, focusing on enhancing the critical theory-practice integration (TPI) central to dual studies. The successful candidate will primarily support the competency-oriented evaluation of teaching, accompanying structures, and processes using standard evaluation software (unizensus) and other quantitative/qualitative survey tools. Day-to-day tasks include developing evaluation tools, conducting regular data analysis, documenting results for accreditation, and organizing study commission meetings using specialized committee software (ALLRIS). Key qualifications include a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related fields, strong knowledge of empirical social research methods (quantitative and qualitative), and experience in data structuring and analysis. This is an attractive, permanent, part-time position (50%) contributing directly to the quality assurance and development of dual study programs.
