Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Deputy Head of the Information and Technology Service department, focusing heavily on the technical operation, security, and strategic development of the county's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and coordination for multiple IT teams, working closely with the Department Head to define strategic and operational goals. Day-to-day tasks include planning and monitoring technical IT projects, ensuring IT security and data protection compliance (using standards like ITIL, ISMS, and BSI), and managing technical documentation and processes. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, several years of leadership experience in a comparable IT environment, and strong expertise in server/client virtualization, network operations, and process automation.
