Job Summary

This critical role involves leading and executing telecommunications planning within the rail infrastructure sector, focusing specifically on data transmission systems, signaling, access control, and cable routing. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for coordinating planning efforts, primarily within phases 3 and 5 of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), and developing solutions for equipping railway stations and open lines. A key aspect of the role is close coordination with all project stakeholders and occasional site inspections.
