Job Summary

The E-Commerce Concept Developer is sought to design and implement innovative digital concepts that significantly enhance the online customer experience and boost conversion rates across Oberalp's E-Commerce platforms. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen, focusing on translating business and marketing requirements into functional, visually appealing concepts. Daily tasks involve developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, implementing and maintaining landing pages using foundational front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and ensuring responsive design across all browsers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with UX, Analytics, and Brand teams to conduct A/B testing, optimize user flows based on performance data, and research new tools and trends to drive continuous improvement in the digital experience. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in digital design or front-end development who is passionate about merging UX/UI principles with technical execution in a dynamic, international environment.
