Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering for bespoke machinery and industrial systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the electrical scope from initial bidding through final commissioning. Key tasks include developing electrical distribution and supply concepts, estimating costs, specifying and procuring critical components like switchgear, transformers, and high-power drive technology (up to 70MW). The engineer will also coordinate process engineering sub-systems, oversee assembly planning, and monitor installation and mechanical completion. Success in this position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy or Drive Technology and several years of relevant experience in mechanical and plant construction. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong negotiation skills, confident professional conduct, and be fluent in written and spoken English, contributing to continuous process improvement in an innovative and supportive environment.
