Job Summary

This role is designed for an expert who thrives on new challenges, focusing primarily on the analysis and continuous improvement of core business processes. The Business Process Manager will independently lead and execute Process Mining projects, defining strategic recommendations and overseeing the implementation and monitoring of improved processes. A significant part of the role involves supporting the technical administration and development of the Process Mining platform, establishing new analytics, and integrating systems into the Process Analytics environment. Key performance indicators (KPIs) for process measurement must be defined, and management and business process performance dashboards created and expanded. Successful candidates must hold a degree in a relevant field such as Business Informatics or Economics, possess 2-5 years of direct experience in Process Management, and demonstrate strong proficiency in both German and English, coupled with good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
