Job Summary
This role focuses on driving digital service success for Samsung by defining and implementing E-tail objectives in alignment with core company KPIs. The analyst is responsible for the continuous monitoring and analysis of E-commerce performance metrics, identifying critical areas for improvement in customer acquisition and communication strategies. Key tasks include deriving actionable business insights from available data, conducting competitive analysis, and evaluating new market opportunities within the E-commerce sector. The position requires collaboration with marketing and sales teams to develop effective E-tail solutions and demands strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Oracle, and OWOX BI. Candidates must be highly organized, analytically minded, and skilled in data analysis techniques, reporting, and presentation.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or comparable qualification/training
Experience
- Experience in data-driven marketing and analysis
- Professional experience utilizing Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Heap, Oracle, OWOX BI)
- Experience in defining and implementing E-tail goals
