Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced eTail Expert to join the team supporting Samsung Electronics, focusing on building core competencies within eTail innovation programs. The expert will be responsible for the planning, development, and control of eTail initiatives, emphasizing partner activities and campaign planning aligned with the brand strategy. A key function involves designing eTailer systems that meet current market demands, preparing content assets (Raw Content & Assets), and providing preparatory support for ASIN setup to facilitate sales through distribution partners on major online platforms. Candidates must possess a degree in Information Technology or Business Administration and practical experience in eTail management, digital expertise (User Journey, UX), and performance management. Proficiency with project management methodologies (agile) and familiarity with Adobe and Google technologies, web analytics fundamentals, and various management systems (CRM, CMS, LMS) are essential to drive cross-organizational projects and manage external service providers effectively.
