Job Summary

This pivotal role requires a strategic Product Manager to drive the successful launch and operation of Samsung's "Elderly Connected Living" value proposition, focused on enhancing simplicity and comfort in the Smart Home environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include closely collaborating with development partners, identifying crucial B2B Go-to-Market partners, and developing comprehensive business models and pitch decks detailing value and use cases. The manager will be responsible for continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as subscriber numbers, Voice of Customer (VoC), and Net Promoter Score (NPS), ensuring incremental service releases and content partnerships drive improvement. The ideal candidate must possess a background in business administration or healthcare, coupled with 3-5 years of experience launching digital consumer services in Germany. Expertise in the health sector, particularly relating to the elderly, is essential. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for success in this high-impact, partner-facing role.
