Job Summary

This Specialist role is crucial for supporting the operational setup and quality assurance of digital promotions and flagship launches for a major electronics company. Day-to-day responsibilities involve setting up and managing promotional elements, including SKUs, payment procedures, promotion rules, T&Cs, and digital services. A core function is executing quality checks and technical testing across all promotions and services to ensure expected functionality. The specialist will also handle customer order issues in collaboration with Customer Service, process GDPR requests, and actively monitor incoming orders to quickly identify and resolve potential problems or errors in promotion rules. Success in this role requires a background in Business Administration, IT, or Logistics, coupled with strong experience in e-commerce shop operations, fulfillment, and working with multi-party logistics (3PLs). Fluency in both English and German is mandatory for effective communication with global support teams and C-level management.
