Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to act as the primary contact for customers via the service hotline, managing and coordinating all service requests and approvals. Key daily responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, meticulously tracking service deployments, and continuously planning, steering, and monitoring service operations and external service providers. You will also be responsible for overseeing spare parts procurement and coordinating essential communication with external service providers. Furthermore, the position involves controlling and documenting service reports, handling internal accounting for service deployments and contracts, and managing invoice generation and dispatch. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed technical education or degree in fields like Medical Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Accounting, combined with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in dispatching or service provider control is advantageous, offering a structured environment within a major global technology company.

Experience
