Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated High Voltage Test and Laboratory Engineer to drive product portfolio development in the field of energy management. Day-to-day responsibilities involve close collaboration with R&D and international customers to plan, prepare, and execute complex development and standard-compliant type tests within both internal and external laboratories. A core function is the technical leadership of the testing team, overseeing test stand facilities, and optimizing existing testing methods and processes while adhering to strict cost and time constraints. The successful candidate will also participate in cross-functional projects, advise internal and external partners on efficiency improvements, and mentor university students on their theses. Candidates must hold a Master's degree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering with expertise in High Voltage or Power Engineering, coupled with fluent German and English skills, demonstrating strong initiative, customer orientation, and communication abilities.
