Job Summary

This central role within Samsung Networks Europe requires a Technical Solution Manager to act as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for customers, specifically focusing on ORAN Service Management and Orchestration (SMO). Day-to-day activities involve convincing clients of the technical superiority of Samsung's solutions, managing the entire technical sales process for the SMO portfolio, and strategically developing the customer's SMO solution based on comprehensive requirements and market analysis. You will build strong relationships with technical decision-makers, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions crucial for sales success. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Electronics, etc.) and proven success in consultative presales, coupled with a deep understanding of the telecommunications market and network operator processes.
