Job Summary

This critical role involves coordinating the implementation of technical and regulatory requirements from bodies like BNetzA, BDEW, and DVGW into reliable and error-free work processes, specifically within ERP modules tailored for the Grid Operator market role. The administrator will define requirements for technical implementation, specify changes in workflows, and provide training to internal staff on new software components. As a dedicated Key User, responsibilities include managing user rights and providing comprehensive support (First, Second, and Third Level), determining when external service providers are needed. A core function is identifying opportunities for process definition, optimization, and automation, and subsequently setting up and managing related digitalization projects. The position requires deep expertise in energy industry regulations, process analysis, and specific ERP programming knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, C/AL, AL) to ensure continuous operational efficiency and compliance.
