Job Summary

This role is designed for a dedicated professional to act as the primary contact and expert for service processes across national and international market organizations. The core responsibility involves the analysis, definition, continuous development, and support of existing and future service processes, with a critical focus on interfaces with other systems and departments. A key component of the job is serving as the Process Expert for the global S/4HANA template project within the Customer Service team, guiding the process from initial definition through to international rollout. The Service Process Manager will coordinate complex requirements with various stakeholders, oversee technical implementation in collaboration with IT, lead international rollout projects, and conduct necessary workshops and training globally. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree (e.g., Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering), solid practical experience in designing service processes, and strong methodological knowledge of process design tools like BPMN and Signavio. Fluency in both German and English is essential.
