Job Summary

This role involves taking technological ownership of manufacturing processes within electronics production, focusing heavily on soldering technologies like wave and selective soldering. The Production Planner is responsible for planning and optimizing these processes while maintaining strict adherence to quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Key daily tasks include managing current products in manufacturing, serving as the interface between Development, Quality Assurance, and Production, and leading the successful introduction of new products (NPI) into serial production. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with professional experience in electronics manufacturing and profound knowledge of soldering equipment and process parameters. Strong skills in project management, SAP (especially PP module), and quality methods like FMEA and 8D are essential for success in this demanding, international environment.
