Job Summary

This full-time role as a Field Service Technician focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of multimedia broadband cable services within the networks of various providers. Key daily responsibilities include commissioning and setting up cable modems, mounting and measuring amplifiers, and meticulously documenting all service activities. The position is ideal for technically inclined individuals with manual dexterity, strong customer interaction skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Although prior knowledge of antenna or SAT technology is helpful, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for career changers who will receive intensive training. Essential requirements include good proficiency in written and spoken German and possession of a Class B driver's license, enabling effective service delivery and customer communication.
